UNIQ takes pride in the quality of our products and materials. Most UNIQ electronic products (excluding cases and straps) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product packaging. Selected products are covered by an extended 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies when products are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. It covers defects in material or workmanship, but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or a change of mind. Our warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us through our online store. If you purchased your product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims. 

Warranty Claims

For domestic orders within Singapore, please kindly email our Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com with a description of the fault or damage and bring your product down to  51 Tai Seng Avenue, Pixel Red, Lift Lobby C #04-03 Singapore 533941Our Customer Support Team will do a thorough check of the product and offer a complimentary one-to-one replacement if the product found is defective. 

For international orders, please kindly email our Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com with your order number, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect. UNIQ reserves the right to request a picture or video of the claimed product defect to validate the claim. Returning the defective product may be required to complete the warranty process. 

If deemed valid, we will replace the item with a new product of the same model and style. UNIQ reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee for the evaluation and fulfilment of any warranty claim.

Detailed Limited Warranty Policy

Coverage:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for all UNIQ products, as well as UNIQ Optix Xenon and Optix Prime screen and lens protectors.

For UNIQ carry products, the warranty applies for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when purchased through the official website or an authorized reseller. You may extend this coverage to two (2) years by registering your product with the serial number at uniqbetterbydesign.com/apps/product-registration.

Conditions:
To obtain warranty service, a valid proof of purchase from the official website or an authorized retailer is required. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on screen protectors or fraying fabric on bags due to prolonged use).

UNIQ is not liable for wear and tear that occurs naturally and inevitably through regular use, provided it does not affect the product's core functionality. This includes changes in color, surface abrasions, and general material degradation over time.

Carry products are designed and stated to be hand washed only, using water at 30°C or below. The use of washing machines, dryers, or ironing is not recommended, and any resulting damage will not be covered under our warranty.

The warranty also excludes accidental damage, including but not limited to cuts or tears in fabric, damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing or scratching), and damage resulting from mishandling during air travel or similar circumstances.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it apply to personal property such as smartphones, headphones, or other devices. UNIQ expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly provided in this warranty.

Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, contact the UNIQ Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com. You may be required to return the defective product for inspection.

Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state, country, or applicable local consumer protection laws. UNIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this warranty at its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise accepted by UNIQ, the above warranty terms and conditions apply. Any exceptions or special considerations are subject to UNIQ’s sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
