We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your UNIQ product is defective or not functioning, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please kindly email our support team at email@example.com with your order details, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect.
For UNIQ products that are defective but not purchased through our online store (uniqcreation.com), please kindly reach out to the re-seller or retail partner from which the product was purchased instead.
Exchanges/ Returns will not be granted if:
1) The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to any error on our part.
2) The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In cases where a refund is offered (due to lack of inventory for replacement), please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and refund to be issued. Depending on your bank and credit card company, it may take additional time before your refund is officially transferred. Please kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made a shipping error.
In the event that the delivery of the parcel is delayed, please kindly note that that refund requests can only be processed after the parcel is successfully delivered and shipped back or established by the postal service to be lost in transit (after 60 days from date of enquiry).

UNIQ electronic products (cases & straps are not included) comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (unless indicated otherwise on the product packaging), when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and strictly does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind. Our warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us through our online store. If you purchased your product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims.
For domestic orders within Singapore, please kindly email our support team at email@example.com with a description of the fault or damage and bring your product down to 31 Tannery Lane, #06-01 HB Centre II S347788. Our customer support team will do a thorough check of the product and offer a complimentary one-to-one replacement if the product found is defective.
For international orders, please kindly email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect. UNIQ reserves the right to request a picture or video of the claimed product defect to validate the claim. Returning the defective product may be required to complete the warranty process.
If deemed valid, we will replace the item with a new product of the same model and style. UNIQ reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfilment of any warranty claim.
Detailed Limited Warranty Policy
We at UNIQ warrant our electronic products (including our LYFRO range) against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer unless indicated otherwise on the product packaging. (the “Warranty Period”).
This limited warranty only covers any defects in material, manufacturing and workmanship within the applicable Warranty Period. This warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories or devices that arise from negligence, unreasonable use or misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accidents (eg. Dropping the product), not following instructions or if you change your mind. Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, UNIQ expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that UNIQ shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any UNIQ product.
UNIQ does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories or other device made by anyone other than UNIQ. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the UNIQ product.

This manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your right under the laws of the country in which you purchase UNIQ product.You may also have other legal rights under the applicable local consumer protection law.
