Limited Warranty Policy
UNIQ takes pride in the quality of our products and materials. UNIQ electronic products (cases & straps are not included) comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (unless indicated otherwise on the product packaging), when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and strictly does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind. Our warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us through our online store. If you purchased your product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims.
Warranty Claims
For domestic orders within Singapore, please kindly email our Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com with a description of the fault or damage and bring your product down to 51 Tai Seng Avenue, Pixel Red, Lift Lobby C #04-03 Singapore 533941. Our Customer Support Team will do a thorough check of the product and offer a complimentary one-to-one replacement if the product found is defective.
For international orders, please kindly email our Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com with your order number, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect. UNIQ reserves the right to request a picture or video of the claimed product defect to validate the claim. Returning the defective product may be required to complete the warranty process.
If deemed valid, we will replace the item with a new product of the same model and style. UNIQ reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee for the evaluation and fulfilment of any warranty claim.
Detailed Limited Warranty Policy
Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for all UNIQ products, including the LYFRO range, as well as UNIQ Optix Xenon and Optix Prime screen and lens protectors.
Duration: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product packaging.
Replacement: If the product exhibits a defect within the warranty period, UNIQ will provide a replacement product. This includes screen and lens protectors exhibiting defects during the applicable period.
Conditions: To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or our online store is required. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, unreasonable use, modification, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the screen protector).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it apply to personal property such as smartphones, headphones, or other devices. UNIQ expressly disclaims any warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly set forth in this warranty.
Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, contact the UNIQ Customer Support Team at online@uniqcreation.com. You may be required to return the defective product.
Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state, country, or applicable local consumer protection laws. UNIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this warranty at any time at its sole discretion.
