You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number within once your order has been processed and dispatched. You may then use the tracking number to track the location of your parcel. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered within the delivery system of the courier service.
If your order has not been shipped yet, please email ecommerce@uniqcreation.com with the word CHANGE and order number in the subject line. If your order has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to change its contents.
If you have ordered the wrong thing by mistake and the order has been shipped, there are 2 possible solutions:

If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please email ecommerce@uniqcreation.com with the word cancel and order number in the subject line. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
Please double check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".
We ship globally, and orders over US$100 qualify for free international shipping.
Kindly note that some products, like power banks, may be restricted from shipping to specific countries. Additionally, deliveries to certain destinations may be temporarily suspended, click here for the latest updates:
For orders under US$100, shipping fees are calculated based on your order and shown at checkout. Rates are typically weight-based and depend on the type and quantity of items purchased.
Standard postal delivery typically takes 3–14 working days, depending on your location.
For faster service, we offer tracked express shipping to most destinations, with delivery usually within 5–7 working days.
All items are subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country and may be held until any applicable duties and taxes are settled. To claim your package, please check with your local Post Office for the required information. As the importer/consignee, you are responsible for covering these duties and taxes. Please note that we cannot refund customs fees or any additional charges incurred for the release and delivery of your package.
If the status of the parcel is not updated on the courier platform, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
A. Your order is in transit. It could be in transit from a country to another, or it could be on its way or already at the post office but the post office has not yet scanned/processed the package. Please allow a few days for your local post office to process your package. You may need to contact your local post office and provide your tracking number for further details.
B. Your order has arrived in your country and is currently undergoing customs clearance. The tracking system cannot provide any further updates until the package has been inspected and cleared by customs. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how long this process may take, as it depends on the customs process in your country.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.
*Please note that orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note the following: return shipping costs are not covered, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact.
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.
If your UNIQ product is defective or not functioning, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please kindly email our support team at ecommerce@uniqcreation.com with your order details, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect.

UNIQ electronic products (excluding cases and straps) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated on the product packaging. This warranty covers normal use of the product for its intended purpose. Most UNIQ electronic products follow this 1-year coverage, while selected products are eligible for an extended 2-Year Limited Warranty.
