Domestic Shipping in Singapore
We offer complimentary registered shipping to addresses within Singapore for any order made on our online store. Parcels are usually delivered within 7 working days. (*Timeframe is just an estimate for non-peak periods)
Worldwide Shipping
We offer two different shipping options for international shipping: Standard and Express. We offer Free Standard International Shipping for orders above US$80. (Excluding Taiwan and Mexico) Unfortunately, shipping to Israel, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine is currently suspended.
Express shipping via Fedex is available to most locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products (eg. Power banks) cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, the shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout page. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dependent on the number and type of products.
Custom Taxes and Duties / VAT
Some countries may apply custom duties, or VAT taxes on shipments received from overseas. Please note that any associated duties, domestic charges or other additional taxes are to be borne by the customer. We will do our best to ensure the best shipping experience, however much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your domestic countries’ officials and mail systems.
