As we have customers from all over the world, all prices on the online store are displayed in USD.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched. You may then use the tracking number to track the location of your parcel. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered within the delivery system of the courier service.

Can I amend or change my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email online@uniqcreation.com with the word 'CHANGE' and order number in the subject line. If your order has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to change its contents. If you have ordered the wrong thing by mistake and the order has been shipped, you can either place a new order for the correct product and return the incorrect product unused in its original packaging to us for a refund once we receive it, or wait for the incorrect order to arrive and send it back to us. Please note that refund will only be issued upon receipt of the original item, and return shipping fees are not covered.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped and you want to cancel, please email online@uniqcreation.com with the word 'CANCEL' and order number in the subject line. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped. Please double check all information before confirming your order, as cancellations are not guaranteed even if your status shows 'Unfulfilled' or 'Pending Fulfillment'.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer complimentary registered shipping to addresses within Singapore for any order made on our online store. International shipping is free for orders above US$100; otherwise, shipping cost varies depending on your order and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and product count.

How long will delivery take?

Domestic orders within Singapore may take up to 7 working days (non-peak estimate). International orders typically take between 5-15 working days or up to 4 weeks. Customs delays can extend delivery to up to 6 weeks. Packages may be held until duties and taxes are paid by the importer. We are not responsible for customs fees or additional charges.

Why isn't the tracking number showing any updates?

If the tracking status is not updating, it may be because the parcel is in transit and has not yet been scanned by the local post office, or it is undergoing customs clearance. Please allow a few days and contact your local post office with your tracking number if needed.

How long will you take to dispatch the order?

Domestic and international orders may require up to 4 working days to process and ship during non-peak periods. Orders placed on Friday nights, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the next business day.

Do you offer self collection?

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection as an option. However, if you require your order urgently, please email ecommerce@uniqcreation.com and we'll try our best to help.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Please contact ecommerce@uniqcreation.com for assistance. Return shipping is not covered, and original shipping fees are not refunded. Items must be returned in original condition with intact packaging.

Can I return my purchase?

If your product is defective or incorrect, please email ecommerce@uniqcreation.com with your order details, description of the fault or damage, and a photo or video of the product. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full policy details.

What is your warranty policy?

UNIQ electronic products (excluding cases and straps) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. See the Warranty Policy page for more details.
