We maintain strict quality control and take pride in the quality of every UNIQ product. However, in rare cases, an issue may occur. Our policy covers Exchanges and Refunds only in the event of a defective product or a shipping error (for example, if you received the wrong item).

We do not accept change-of-mind requests, such as dissatisfaction with color, design, or style.


1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact our support team at ecommerce@uniqcreation.com within 7 days from the order delivery date.
To help us verify the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or incorrect item (including the packaging if possible)

2. Warranty Coverage for Electronics
All UNIQ electronic products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated on the product packaging). This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3. Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to process Exchanges or Refunds for the following:

  • Change-of-mind cases (e.g. color or design preference)
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sale events (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Carry items — due to hygiene reasons (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Electronic products containing batteries — due to safety reasons (unless defective or incorrect)

4. Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A refund may be issued if a replacement is not available.

Please note: shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the product cost and will be processed via your original payment method.

5. Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
If your UNIQ product was purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller (and not from our official online store at uniqbetterbydesign.com), please contact the retailer directly for assistance with Exchanges, Refunds, or Warranty claims.
